Instead of allowing challenges to push you away from God, let them inspire you to draw closer to Him. Read your Bible more, pray more, and hold fast to His promises, knowing that He is faithful and will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear.

Stay Encouraged: God Will See You Through

1 Corinthians 10:13, Galatians 6:9, Psalm 46:1

Don’t Be Discouraged: Challenges Are a Trap of the Enemy

Dear Friend, do you sometimes feel discouraged from reading your Bible or praying because of the challenges you are facing? If so, remember this: it’s a trap of the enemy. Satan wants you to see God in a negative light, to make you feel abandoned or unworthy. But this is far from the truth.

Instead of allowing challenges to push you away from God, let them inspire you to draw closer to Him. Read your Bible more, pray more, and hold fast to His promises, knowing that He is faithful and will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear.

1 Corinthians 10:13 reassures us:
“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.”

God sees you in your struggles, and He will see you through. Hold on to this truth: Your challenges are temporary.

God’s Timing is Perfect

At God’s appointed time, His purpose for your life will be manifested. When that time comes, there will be a divine driving force that changes your actions, your circumstances, and even your location—and no force on earth will be able to stop it.

One important truth to remember is this: Those things that are from God do not require much of our own effort. God can accomplish His plans for our lives without our assistance. However, sometimes He allows us to join in the work—not because He needs us, but to strengthen our faith and remove the doubts in our hearts.

God’s Power to Change Your Story

With God, it takes just the blink of an eye to change your story. However, He often allows us to go through seasons of waiting to prepare us for the blessings He has in store. During these times, remain:

  • Steadfast in your faith.

  • Patient in your waiting.

  • Obedient to His plan and timing.

Galatians 6:9 encourages us:
“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

How to Stay Encouraged During Challenges

  1. Stay Close to God
Don’t let the enemy’s lies pull you away from God. Read your Bible, pray, and declare God’s promises over your life. His Word is your anchor in the storm.

  2. Trust God’s Timing
Remember, God’s timing is perfect. He is never late, and He is always working behind the scenes for your good.

  3. Don’t Rely on Your Own Strength
God doesn’t need your effort to accomplish His plans. Trust Him to do the heavy lifting. Surrender your worries to Him and allow Him to work.

  4. Focus on God’s Faithfulness
Remind yourself of all the times God has been faithful to you in the past. This will strengthen your faith for the present.

  5. Keep Hope Alive
No matter how long the waiting season feels, keep hope alive. God’s plans for you are good, and your breakthrough is on the way.

Prayer

“Lord Jesus, give me the grace to remain steadfast and patient in the face of challenges. Help me to trust Your timing and surrender to Your will. Strengthen my faith and keep me close to You, knowing that my breakthrough will come in Your perfect time. Thank You for Your faithfulness. Amen.”
