In order to maintain God's gift, we need God's character.
God gave us the Bible to show us the way of salvation and to teach us how to live for Him.
Each time you act on the Word of God, you step closer to God and hear His voice clearer, but each time you focus on this world and choose worldly consideration above God, you step closer to satan.
To the extent you think the thoughts of Christ, to that same extent do you have the presence of God in your life. The extent to which you reject His light, to that extent will you be filled with terrifying darkness.
Today, our attitude in prayer is to instruct God in the way He should go whenever we are facing unpleasant situations, without finding out whether or not what we are going through is meant to glorify God's name.
In our spiritual walk with God, sometimes it seems as if we are troubled on every side. Under such situations, many cry unto the Lord, not out of faith but out of fear, panic and lack of faith.
God also understands the language of sighs, tears, meditation, earnest heart desires and wishes of the man of faith.
To have faith in God does not only mean to pray; there are times we must pray with faith and times we must act with faith. In other words, there are things we must do ourselves and things we wait for God to do.

Faith is not a product of the reasoning faculties but of the recreated spirit.
A believer does not have strength as long as he operates in the natural.
The more we get into the natural, the more satan rises up and becomes bigger. On the contrary, the more we get into faith, the more satan becomes smaller.
Unless you decide to look at life from God's point of view, you would live a defeated life and you would go to the grave prematurely.
While death is at work upon those who operate in the natural, life is at work upon those who walk by faith, because Jesus Himself is the very Bread of life.
