“As long as you obey God, Satan has nothing on you.”
Prophet TB Joshua taught: “The secret of a believer’s strength lies in his obedience to the Word of God.”
Satan’s only strategy is separation—he must pull you out of God’s covering before he can harm you. As long as you walk in obedience, you are untouchable.
Think about Eden:
Adam and Eve were untouchable under God’s command.
Satan did not first attack their bodies—he attacked their obedience.
He deceived them into disobeying, and in doing so, they lost their covering.
> “When the hedge is broken, the serpent will bite.”

In the same way, when you leave obedience, you invite attack.

🔐 Obedience Is the Fence Around Your Life
Obedience is spiritual security. It is the invisible hedge around your life that Satan cannot penetrate unless you leave the gate open.
Satan could not touch Job without God’s permission because Job walked in obedience. The moment Adam and Eve disobeyed, their hedge was broken. Sin did not just cost them paradise—it cost them protection.
God’s instruction is not a burden—it’s a shield. His commands are not restrictions—they are preservation.
Why Obedience Protects You
Obedience is your defense in the spirit realm.

That secret place is not found by chance—it’s found by obedience. Every act of obedience is like placing another brick on the fortress that protects your destiny. Disobedience is like stepping outside that fortress and inviting the enemy in.
Joseph obeyed during hardship—and ruled in Egypt. (Genesis 37–50)
Daniel obeyed in exile—and reigned with excellence. (Daniel 1–6)
Mary said “Let it be to me according to Your Word”—and became the mother of the Messiah. (Luke 1:38)
Jesus obeyed unto death—and was exalted above all. (Philippians 2:8–9)
Jotham became powerful because he walked in obedience. (2 Chronicles 27:6)
These weren’t stories of ambition—they were stories of submission.

Bondage Begins Where Obedience Ends

Demons don’t need your permission—they need your disobedience.
It is in disobedience that satan finds legal ground to operate. He gains access when:
You reject God’s Word
You entertain compromise

Satan doesn’t fear your church attendance. He’s not intimidated by your titles or spiritual language.
What terrifies hell is a believer who obeys God fully—even when it’s uncomfortable or unpopular.

That’s the enemy’s first tactic: if he can get you to question God’s word, he can get you to violate it. Once you violate it, you step outside God’s covering—and into his trap.
You cannot walk in power unless you walk in obedience.
🔥 This Present Evil World Needs Obedient Vessels
We live in a time where darkness manipulates hearts, habits, and households. Demonic forces are real and active.
You don’t win this war by being loud. You win it by being obedient.
You cannot cast out what you are still compromising with.
You cannot rebuke what you still entertain.
God cannot trust a vessel that won’t obey Him. But when He finds a yielded heart, He releases favor, protection, wisdom, and strength.
🧭 Obedience Leads You Into Divine Positioning
God’s instructions often defy logic. He may ask you to:
- Forgive without an apology
- Give when you are in lack
- Leave what you love
- Speak when silence feels safer
- Be silent when words burn within you
Yet every obedient step leads you deeper into His provision and peace.
“He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” — Psalm 23:3
Obedience is trust in action—even when you don’t understand.
🛡️ How To Stay Under God’s Covering
Make the Word of God your final authority.
Don’t debate it—obey it.Pray for a surrendered heart.
“Lord, take more of me and give me more of You.”Repent quickly.
Don’t delay. Return to the covering.Let your obedience cost you something.
Real obedience often requires real sacrifice.
