Take More of Me, Give Me More of You
🔥 Use Words the Devil Cannot Say: “Take More of Me, Give Me More of You”
“Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, ‘I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!’”
— Mark 9:24“Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.”
— Luke 11:4“Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
— Matthew 26:41
There are words that sound spiritual but carry no weight in the Spirit. And then—there are words that pierce heaven, strike hell with terror, and draw down divine power. These are not just words; they are weapons.
“Take More of Me, Give Me More of You” is not just a prayer. It is a surrender. It is spiritual warfare. It is heavenly language. And the enemy cannot imitate it.
🔥 Not Every Word Is Equal in the Spirit
We’ve all heard it: “Amen!” But do you know the devil can say Amen too?
In a world where “Amen” is often used casually, we must pause and ask: What are we actually saying? what does “Amen” really mean?
“Amen” simply means “So be it.”—a word of agreement—but it does not always comes from belief.
But anyone can say “Amen”—even Satan.
Yes, even the enemy of your soul can hide behind the word “Amen.” Why? Because it doesn’t expose him. It doesn’t confront pride. It doesn’t demand humility. It doesn’t strip away self.
But there are words Satan cannot say.
There are heart-cries that demons tremble at.
They are not complicated.
They are not poetic.
But they are pure, powerful, and piercing.
Let’s Look At these Words the Devil Cannot Say:
🔑 Words the Devil Cannot Say:
“Forgive me.”
“Take more of me, give me more of You.” — Prophet TB Joshua
“I believe, Lord—help my unbelief.” — Mark 9:24
These are not just phrases—they are declarations that strip away self, invite surrender, and release heaven’s power.
Scriptural Prayer releases God’s Power —Prophet TB Joshua
They are language from heaven. Words born from brokenness. Words soaked in surrender. Words that break down walls of pride and self-righteousness.
🕊️ “Forgive Me” — The Posture of a True Believer
“Forgive me” is not just for when you fall into sin. It is the entry gate into the presence of God.
“Forgive me” is not only for moments of failure—it’s the beginning of every real encounter with God.
Before we pray, before we worship, before we ask: Say “Forgive Me”
Before you say “Our Father,” say “Forgive me.”
Before you raise your hands, bow your heart.
Before you declare, repent.
Why?
Because God draws close to the humble, not the loud.
To the broken, not the boastful.
13 “But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’
14 “I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”
— Luke 18: 13-14
As David wrote:
“The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart You, God, will not despise.” — Psalm 51:17
Jesus taught:
“Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.”
— Luke 11:4
Forgiveness humbles us. It places us on the altar, not the pedestal.
“The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart You, God, will not despise.” — Psalm 51:17
💡Why “Take More of Me, Give Me More of You” Changes Everything
This is not a phrase—it’s a surrender. It’s not just a prayer—it’s a life posture.
This is a dangerous prayer. Not because it’s poetic, but because it’s pure. And hell cannot counterfeit purity.
When you pray, “Take more of me,” you’re surrendering:
- Your pride
- Your control
- Your personal agenda
- Your selfish ambition
When you follow with, “Give me more of You,” you’re saying:
- Fill me with Your Spirit
- Overcome my weakness
- Let Your will be done, not mine
- Transform me from the inside out
This prayer is not church language—it is heaven’s language.
And the devil cannot imitate it.
😈 Why the Devil Cannot Say It
Satan cannot say:
“Take more of me.”
Because he is full of self.
He cannot say:
“Give me more of You.”
Because he resists the Spirit of God.
This is why Prophet TB Joshua taught us to pray this way.
Because it is not just a phrase—it is a visit to the realm where God Lives.
This prayer humbles the flesh, and the flesh is where Satan builds strongholds.
That’s why this language is foreign—and terrifying—to hell.
“Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
— Matthew 26:41
🤔 Are You Saying “Amen” to What You Don’t Believe?
Many today say “Amen” without revelation.
Many “Amens” are said Out of fear, not faith.
Out of habit, not hunger for God.
Out of routine, not relationship. Out of reflex, not revelation.
This is the spirit of religion. You can catch many religious people from the plenty “Amen” they say.
Satan loves it when our “Amens” are empty. Because it keeps you in spiritual autopilot, not authentic relationship.
But when you say:
“Lord, take more of me, give me more of You…”
You break autopilot.
You wake up your spirit.
You silence every whisper of hell. You strip off pride.
You shake the kingdom of darkness.
🛐 Begin Every Prayer This Way
Before you say anything else, start here:
- “Thank You Jesus Christ.”
- “Father, Forgive me.”
- “Son of David, Have Mercy on Me”
- “Holy Spirit, Take more of me.“Give me more of You.”
- “I believe, Lord—help my unbelief.”
These are not complicated words—but they are consecrated.
They invite the Spirit of God. They invite God’s power. These words re-align your spirit with God. They shut the mouth of the enemy.
They break the enemy’s grip.
They do what a thousand empty “Amens” cannot do.
📖 In Summary:
- “Amen” is neutral—until your heart truly agrees with heaven.
- “Forgive me” is the access Code or entry point to intimacy with God.
- “Take more of me, give me more of You” is the armoured vehicle that takes you to the realm of prayer where God lives.
- This is not church language—it is Spirit language.
- The devil cannot imitate surrender.
If you want to grow in grace and power, pray in the language hell cannot copy.
🙏 A Closing Prayer
Lord, take more of me—my pride, my ego, my fear.
Give me more of You—Your purity, Your presence, Your power.
Help me not just say “Amen,” but live in agreement with heaven.
Keep me humble, broken, and usable for Your glory.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
