Do you know the power “to create life” is a nature only God Himself Possesses?
John 14:33, John10:10, Exodus 7–8, Exodus 9:16–19
Do you know the power “to create life” is a nature only God Himself possesses?
Jesus said in John 14:33: “my peace I give to you, not as the world gives”. It means whatever God can give you as original, the “other side” can give you a copy, counterfeit or a fake one.
Indeed the “other side” have powers which they use to kill, steal and destroy —John10:10. They can use their powers “to steal” — to make a fake copy of the original— but there is something they simply can’t do, they lack the power “to create” because “to create life” is a nature only God, the creator of the entire universe and all things possesses.
The power of formation belongs to God Almighty. The originality that comes with creation is a special ability only God possesses. The dark powers can transform into something that already exists
Let’s look at a few examples:
Exodus 7–8
- Moses and Pharaoh’s magicians demonstrated supernatural abilities, such as transforming staffs into serpents and summoning frogs from water bodies.

Then the LORD said to Moses, “Tell Aaron, `Stretch out your hand with your staff over the streams and canals and ponds, and make frogs come up on the land of Egypt.’”

So Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt, and the frogs came up and covered the land.

But the magicians did the same things by their secret arts; they also made frogs come up on the land of Egypt.
These examples illustrate the dark powers’ capability to manipulate existing forms and summon life.
- However in Exodus 8:16–19— These magicians could not create gnats from the dust of the earth like Moses did when he struck the ground with his staff.

Then the LORD said to Moses, “Tell Aaron, `Stretch out your staff and strike the dust of the ground,’ and throughout the land of Egypt the dust will become gnats.”

They did this, and when Aaron stretched out his hand with the staff and struck the dust of the ground, gnats came upon men and animals. All the dust throughout the land of Egypt became gnats.

But when the magicians tried to produce gnats by their secret arts, they could not. And the gnats were on men and animals.

The magicians said to Pharaoh, “This is the finger of God.” But Pharaoh’s heart was hard and he would not listen, just as the LORD had said.
This confirms that the power to create anew and the originality that comes with it is a special ability only the mighty God possesses.

Father, I will Seek You only for genuine peace and blessings that only You can give.
